Women who are preparing for pregnancy or who are currently pregnant.
WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS
This 12-week program will teach you how to use whole-food nutrition to supply the unique nutrients you and your baby need during each trimester. You’ll learn tools to ease the discomforts of pregnancy conditions, such as nausea, fatigue, constipation, heartburn, and more. From the beginning, you’ll be able to make informed choices about what to consume and what to avoid during pregnancy.
WHAT THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES
- A comprehensive video session (60′) where we’ll address your health concerns, medical history, detailed symptom information, assessment results of your questionnaire and food journal (forms you will need to fill in before we start)
- A written protocol tailored to the trimester you’re in and your individual needs
- A thorough analysis of your current supplement and recommendations of additional supplements if needed
- A food guide containing many beneficial foods to enjoy to help you balance your meals
- Two additional video sessions (50′ each) to follow up on your protocol and make adjustments
- Constant email support
