Women who are preparing for pregnancy or who are currently pregnant.

WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS

This 12-week program will teach you how to use whole-food nutrition to supply the unique nutrients you and your baby need during each trimester. You’ll learn tools to ease the discomforts of pregnancy conditions, such as nausea, fatigue, constipation, heartburn, and more. From the beginning, you’ll be able to make informed choices about what to consume and what to avoid during pregnancy.

  • A comprehensive video session (75′) where we’ll address your health concerns, medical history, detailed symptom information, assessment results of your questionnaire and food journal
  • A written protocol tailored to the trimester you’re in and your individual needs
  • A thorough analysis of your current supplement and recommendations of additional supplements if needed
  • A food guide containing many beneficial foods to enjoy to help you balance your meals
  • Two additional video sessions (50′ each) to follow up on your protocol and make adjustments

I will take you through evidence-based, holistic recommendations on what to eat in the weeks before your due date and what foods and beverages to choose to nutritionally support yourself during all stages of labor.

WHAT THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES

A detailed booklet that includes:

  • Low-risk and high-risk foods, beverages, and substances that can be used to encourage the onset of labor
  • What foods and beverages to pack (or have at home) for maternity hospital
